Expectations? That’s Where We Start. A one-time complimentary assessment is offered through a good, better, best scenario. Once presented if we meet your budget expectations, a small retainer is determined to fine-tune your personal design until finals, contract and deposit are handled. Upon signed contract that initial deposit is applied in the form of a credit. Clear and simple, we help to educate you, answering all of those confusing questions, allowing you to make the final decisions.
Here’s where the excitement begins. At the client’s request a “Story Board” is designed to draw out details for modification and final approval. Color and design assistance is offered starting with the initial finish selections. With nearly one hundred custom and conservative stained, painted, glazed, rubbed-through/distressed options in all types of species you are sure to find a palette that best suits your taste. You will not feel overwhelmed since we will present selections based on initial determination of your interests. Traditional, modern-contemporary, conservative, old world, eclectic, simple elegance whatever the style that best suits your home and personal taste. By use of the “Story Board” you are able to see complete design details allowing for, “I Love That,” or “I really don’t need that” scenarios.
