OK, let's talk about knee pads. They've got one job, right? Protect you when you're making contact with the court (which you do a lot). Avoli Knee Pads are made of tight weave ballistic-grade material that repels moisture, keeping bad smells at bay and reducing wear and tear — giving them a much longer lifespan.
How to find your size: Using a measuring tape, measure the circumference of your thigh just above the knee while keeping your knee slightly bent.

The kneepads need to be longer so they cover more of your knee. They slide down when you’re diving but they fit correctly. Would also prefer them in black not just white. They have really good padding and they’re pretty comfortable. They have lasted longer than the Nikes have.

These are the softest knee pads we've used (tried and used many during our volleyball career) extremely smooth and comfortable but they are thin, we've used for many tournaments so far and they are durable but know they won't make it through the entirety of the season
Unfortunately my daughter hates them. They are too short and not padded enough.
