When can I expect to receive my Avoli package?
We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your Avoli can reach you as quickly as possible. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 10 days after the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances and except in the case of pre-orders.

Where does Avoli ship?
Avoli currently ships to all 50 states within the United States. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO addresses.

Right now, we offer one shipping speed. In the future we’ll offer an expedited service, because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can't.

When will my order ship?
Three simple steps: you place an order, we process it, then we ship.
Ordering only takes a few seconds. Processing takes 1 to 2 business days (and orders placed after 1 P.M. PT are processed the next business day). Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. And then it’s on the way!
How long will it take to ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
You might experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping to these states will take about 7-10 business days.
I'm having problems with the tracking.
Sometimes, the carrier takes a few extra business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us at support@avoli.com. We can give you the inside info.
How can I edit my shipping address?
Your order will be delivered to the delivery address that you specify when placing your order. If we are unable to deliver to your delivery address, for example if your delivery address is geographically remote, we will notify you before we accept your order. Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses.
