What’s your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy for orders on unused Product most of the year. For orders placed from November 15 - January 1, you have 60 days to process a return.
To place a return, use the form here. Just a reminder, if you are returning a gift, make sure to have the order #.
If any Product you order is damaged or faulty when delivered to you or has developed a fault, you may have one or more legal remedies available to you, depending on when you make us aware of the problem, in accordance with your legal rights. If you believe a Product was delivered damaged or faulty or has developed a fault, you should inform us as soon as possible, preferably in writing, giving your name, address and order reference. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.
Except for final sale items, we accept Products for returns and exchanges if requests are submitted within 30 days of receiving the order (in its entirety).
To return or exchange your Product(s), please use the form below with your name, address, order number and the Product(s) you would like to exchange or return. After we receive your written request, we will respond with further instructions about returning the Product(s) to us.

OH, ONE MORE THING -- if you ordered shoes from us, you can use the box it came in. Just remove the peel and stick tape, add the shipping label over the old one and send it on its way.

Avoli packages don’t include return slips. Just use the form below or reach out to us and we'll take it from there.
How long does it take to process a return?
Upon receiving the returned Product(s) from you, we will process any refund due to you as soon as possible. You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. If you received any promotional or other discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid.
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after we have received the product.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Oh no! If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, use the form below we’ll be sure to get you the Avoli you ordered!
How do gift returns or exchanges work?
If you were gifted Avoli but it isn't what you had in mind, you can return your unused items for store credit. Please use the form below with the gifter's first and last name, order number, and the product(s) you’d like to return or exchange (we won’t tell the gifter!). Once locating the original order, we'll help take care of it!
