This season my daughter had her eyes on the Mid Cotton Candy Retreats. As we all know these shoes were difficult to obtain. So when her pair came in with some small stains, I reached out and requested a warranty exchange. Avoli had no issue exchanging. But. The season had already started and they wanted me to ship the shoes back before sending the new sneakers. That was going to be an issue. I reached back out and they immediately waived our need to send the shoes until after the exchange came, not even requiring a credit card on file (I offered) to ensure the returns were sent back. Overall very happy with the shoes and the customer service experience!

We bought shoes mid-August and they are already breaking. A lot of money to spend on shoes to already be breaking.

My daughter has worn these for less than two months for her high school volleyball season and they are already worn. The grip is falling off the side and is so worn in a place on the bottom they no longer provide safe and functional grip. The inside liner is also ripping and tearing. This was her first pair and I won't be spending the money on them again considering the high price
