How does presale work?

Why is Avoli doing a presale? 
Simple: We want to get you Avoli’s as soon as we possibly can. We know it’s been hard to get a pair, and we’re working to fix that. This is our first-ever presale, and we look forward to your feedback as we continue to evolve as a company. 

How many pairs can I buy at one time? 
Each customer can purchase up to 2 pairs of Avoli’s during the presale. 

Why is there a maximum on how many pairs of shoes I can buy? 
There are a limited amount of Avoli’s available, and we want to give as many customers as we can the opportunity to get the Avoli’s they’ve been waiting for.   

Why is the presale only for certain colorways and sizes?  
Presales have included some of our most commonly requested sizes and colorways. There will be additional PRESALE colors. More Avoli’s are coming this fall to avoli.com and select SCHEELS stores.  

Every time I go to place an order you are sold out. When can I get a pair of Avoli’s? 
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and understand how frustrating this can be. We genuinely want nothing more than to see you in Avoli’s, and are working hard to get more available ASAP, we promise! More Avoli’s are coming this fall to avoli.com and select SCHEELS stores. Thank you for wanting to support our brand, we appreciate your patience. 

Can I reserve a pair for the next presale? I’ve been waiting all year for a pair.  
We value your feedback, and greatly appreciate your patience. Unfortunately, we aren’t doing any reserved presale pairs at this time. Our goal with the presale is to give everyone an equal chance at getting a pair of Avoli's, as our inventory is limited. 

I'm looking for a different style. Can I reserve a colorway not included in this presale?
Unfortunately, we aren’t doing any reserved pairs at this time. Stay tuned to the Avoli channels for when your colorway is available. 

Will all Avoli’s be sold by presale moving forward? 

No, not all Avoli’s will be sold through presale in the future. We look forward to your feedback as we continue to find ways to get you Avoli’s as fast as we can. 

SHIPPING 

When will my presale shoes arrive? 
Shoes will be shipped directly from our manufacturer, and are scheduled to arrive to you about two weeks after the order is placed.

How will I know when they will arrive? 
In addition to the confirmation email after your purchase, customers will receive a follow up email with tracking information, once it is available. Customers will also receive the tracking information from the shipping carrier via SMS.    

Why are my shoes shipping from overseas? 
In order to get you in Avoli’s as quickly as possible, presale shoes are being shipped directly from the manufacturer. 

Do you offer expedited shipping? 
We do not offer expedited shipping with presale items. We are working our hardest to get Avoli’s to you as quickly as possible, and these will be shipped to you directly from our manufacturer. We appreciate your patience! 

How much will shipping cost for presale items? 
Economy shipping rates will apply for presale items ($6.99 for most of the U.S.). Express shipping is not available for presale items. See here for more details: https://avoli.com/pages/shipping-policy 

Why do I need to include my phone number in order to buy shoes?
A phone number is required for shipping and tracking purposes. 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes - but be quick. Changes after 24 hours can't be accommodated. Please email support@avoli.com.

If I buy another Avoli item with my presale shoes, when will that item be delivered? 
Presale shoes will be shipped separately from any other non-presale Avoli items purchased. Non-presale items purchased will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Order Confirmation. 

Can I participate in the pre-order if I live outside of the U.S.? 
Right now, presale is only available to those in the U.S. We look forward to expanding our presale offerings in the future. 

RETURNS/CANCELS
Can I cancel my presale order? 

You can cancel your within the first 24 hours of placing it. Please email us at support@avoli.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order.
